Why SDF?
European Satellites.com Ltd has developed a method of answering one of the most pressing questions asked by landlords, tenants, property developers, architects, structural and mechanical engineers.
QS. We want to have access to various satellite feeds but cannot get permission to put satellite dishes on our roof. How can we get about this?
For the first time dishes can be housed under roofs, on roofs or anywhere without necessarily requiring planning permission.
Each SDF is unique and designed specifically for the specific requirements of the landlord and the building in question.
Designs vary depending on positioning of the system.
Examples include:
Stealth Dish Farm Cubes – at the roof level to disguise the dishes from view
Stealth Dish Farm Cones – to minimize wind resistance and decrease the wind loading on the roof from the dishes and antennae.
Stealth Dish Farm Roof Replacement solutions – Ideal for those properties that have height restrictions. Housing the dishes under the roof level.
Stealth Dish Farm Unique solutions – as every solution is unique European Satellites.com Ltd will work with you to design and build a solution to solve your problems!
How does this work in practice?
Through the use of revolutionary materials European Satellites.com Ltd is able to synthesis the appearance of any external surface area to blend the dishes into their surroundings. In the case of sub-structural SDF's European Satellites.com Ltd will design and build replacement external structuring and work with the client to identify the best solution for them
How is this cost transferred to the tenants?
As part of a managed satellite service the landlord can install a revenue generating service to be added to their bouquet of client services. Passing on the costs to the tenants over a chosen period of time.
How can the cost of such a system be justified?
Without reiterating the obvious benefits to both the landlord and tenant (as outlined in Section 1 – page 6) it is important to bear in mind that such a landlord provided system will bring order to the tenants' requirements for access to satellite and terrestrial signals and afford the landlord the luxury of offering a quality service potentially a differentiating factor in the decision by potential tenants to lease office space / apartments.
